Mom, I will miss hearing you introduce me to your friends and co-workers with such love & pride..."This is my daughter Kathy". You were so much fun over the years our trip to Mt. Vernon by bus and all of the trips we took together to Wildwood. You always understood when I needed a Mental Health Day but you always went to work because the Quest Diagnostic people became your friends so your job was a blessing for you...only snow & ice kept you home. Mom I will miss you and I am grateful that my manager Carol Hiltpold was so understanding when I took you to chemo & radiation...that was our time & we shared everything that needed to be said. Love you..."Kathy". Btw Mom I spell it Kathie...lol

Rose, we who love you know you're in a special place, much better than the ending here. To me, you are the best example of life's beauty. You were real, non-judgmental, patient, caring, sensitive, loving and so so much many of the things I always aspired to be. When we talked, I listened and heard of a woman who knew what life was really about....and I respected Rose for that. I know your daughters will miss you so very much for you where the mother that ultimately was there when they really needed you. As you well knew, the cool thing about our lives is.....we do get second chances if we want them. A little bit of you will forever be inside me and for the rest of my life I hope I show the things you gave me...brightly. Thank you Rose for being you, for you inspire us to be a better beings. Your star in the night sky will forever shine bright. WE MISS YOU!!!!
