To Rich and Family,
I am deeply saddened by Patty’s passing. A beautiful, caring, and courageous woman has left this world, but her light will shine brightly down upon you and your family forever.
I will always hold many fond memories of fun times spent with my cousin Patty in my heart. We shared the same birthday (2/21) only one year apart. When we were little, our families always got together to celebrate our birthday, and our Moms baked three cakes…one for Patty, one for me, and one for George Washington!
We had lots of fun in the summer going down the shore (especially Wildwood), danced for hours at St. Cecelia’s dances, and went on a few double dates! Being around Patty was always a good time.
Dear Patty,
When you were born, an angel smiled,
As you became a child, an angel sat on your shoulder,
When you became an adult, an angel held your hand,
As you grew older, and angel walked down the road with you,
And, when you passed, another beautiful angel got her wings.
Have fun with all the angels dear cousin!
Love,
Barbara Ann

I am so saddened by the loss of my cousin. She was a funny, lively, passionate spirit. Among my fondest memories of her is making lasagna in my parents kitchen...Patty kept saying she had plemty of ingredients...After returning to the market countless times (including having our grocer open the store in the middle of the nite), she finished that lasagna at 3am! And she kept us in stitches the entire time! I love you, Patty. The market doesn't close now...get your cook on, dear cousin. I will see you when I get there.
