When I think of Bob, the word gentleman comes to mind. He was very patient and always listined to what others had to say. In all the years I've known him, I can never remember him becoming angry or raising his voice.

I'll never forget Bob's kind demeanor and his ability to make people feel good about themselves.

We have all lost a great friend.
