Gigliotti Family,
Our family was deeply saddened by the news of Stefan's passing. I can honestly say, that no matter when I heard Stefan's name mentioned, an instant smile would come to my face. Those beautiful eyes, golden locks and those bold and colorful goalie shorts! Taking pictures left me a lot of time on the sidelines talking to the goalies. My favorite will always be Stefan. He'd say "watch this Mrs. D. and get my good side", then he'd grab the ball and head for the other end of the field, when he almost always would score a goal! So happy trotting back to his post - smiles ear to ear.
I will always smile when I think of him like that! He was a great kid and a kind gentle soul! May you find comfort in knowing that just his presence in a room on on the field, brought joy to others like me!
Fondly,
Susan Dachowski

Stef was a neighbor and former employee.
I will always remember him as a fun loving, compassionate young man who will always have a place in my heart.
I always smiled when he came into work with his wonderful smile and said "hey Mister D what's doing"?
My sons admired his hockey ability and he was always there to help and encourage them.
Heartfelt condolences to his family.

One of the great honors and joys of my life was having the opportunity to coach 2 of my boys from Mites-Midgets in hockey. I've met so many wonderful kids and families through the years. Memories that will last a lifetime. One of the simple pleasures that endured was running into some of the guys in their 20's who I coached in their early teens, who still called me "Coach O". Stef was one of those boys. Big smile, strong, talented, fun, and funny. He was a great player, teammate and a joy to coach. He made every team he was ever on better and more fun to be a part of. I will never forget him. My heart aches for Stef, his new bride Magdalena, Chris, Sharon and family. Lauren, Sean and I send our sincere condolences to you all. Respectfully, Coach O VFMM 90's
