Condolences for
Bernice M. McAllister (Raider)

My sincere sympathy on the passing of this LEGEND of a lady! Always quick with a joke and a sly smile, she was sharp and feisty all of her days. My visits to her beloved home often found her basking in the afternoon sun on the front step or cozy in the Great Room, watching Jeopardy. One day, she and I felt quite brilliant as we were simultaneously answering all the Jeopardy questions with ease. We were congratulating one another and high-fiving (despite her bum shoulders so they were more like low-fives) and felling quite proud. At the exact same moment, we noticed it was the High School week so the contestants were about 15 years old! Ha! We had quite a good laugh and Ms. Bernice's chuckle sure was contagious!
