Condolences for
James Weitzel

Tuesday, January 28th | Comment by: Lizzy Harbison Kershaw

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Worked for him for a number of years and got to know most of the family pretty well. Those were much simpler times and we could always count on Jim for a laugh. (I still hear him calling me "Diz" sometimes.) May you find comfort in his being with his beloved Dorothy Rose and know that you have another angel to watch over you all.

Terri, while we never met your father, we are grateful for his openness to life that allowed us to get to know your family. Eternal rest grant onto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him and may he rest in peace, Amen.

This obituary is a very touching tribute to Jim Weitzel. He had a wonderful life and raised, with his wife, Dorothy, a very loving family, which is the best legacy anyone could call a successful life.

Jim will be missed but his legacy of love and life will continue on within each and every one of you. Wish I could be there but know that you have my support and prayers.
