How do you put into words your thoughts when someone so special leaves this physical plane? Pat was such a wonderful and giving woman, she cared for everyone and every living creature that came into her life. She was compassionate beyond words and gave so much to others. I have so many wonderful memories of the times we shared riding together at her beautiful farm. Her family is amazing and they were like a second family to me, Jon and I spent many times together sharing our love of nature and the wonderful animals they had at their farm. I will always keep in my heart all those awesome memories. I would always tell my friends and family that Elmwood Farm is my "little slice of heaven" and now I am sure Pat is in heaven, I cant think of another person who deserves to be there more than her. RIP Pat, you will be missed dearly by so many who were fortunate enough to spend time in your presence.
