My sincere condolences to the whole family. Growing up in Kenwood, he was among the best neighborhood fathers. He had 7 wonderful children of his own, but made all the neighborhood children feel welcome as he treated us like one of his own. Blessed to have been one of those kids. RIP Mr. Carroll. Sorry I am unable to attend the services, but my thoughts and prayers are with the Carroll family.
