I am sorry that I just heard. Corey was someone who I would spar with regularly at Nak Mauy MMA in Muay Thai Kickboxing,
Corey was tough and talented.
Corey came up the ranks fast. In the beginning, Corey would stand along the wall before class very silent and just studying.
In a few months, Corey was punching and kicking as if he had been there many years. Then of course, Corey joined Brazilian Jui-Jitsu and started crushing the Blue Belts in just a few months. Corey, you were one tough guy and very respected.
You always made it a point to go out of your way and say hi to me. You also respected your elders. You were certainly raised well.
You talked about your Dad being tough and that was where you got it from. I believe that. I will miss you Corey. You were a class act and the world will be poorer for you leaving way too soon my friend.
God Bless You,
Bob Miles
