Condolences for
John S. Davis

So sorry to learn of John's (Jolly's) death. He was such a dependable presence at our Princeton class's events. I looked forward to seeing him every time I came. It must have that much more of a pleasure to his family, who saw him that much more often.

A man of class, wit, and empathy, he will be sorely missed by many of us. For his family, his departure was too soon, but there must be an enormous number of happy memories.

Princeton has lost a peerless punster.

Farewell, John — your word-smithing will be mythed.
