I was shocked to learn that Karen died a few moments after another email exchange. Karen as I spent quite a few precious moments together in the last months. I will miss her vitality, effusive political reactions, every day comments about love, family, interests and the ever bright sound of her laughter. My deepest sympathies to Tony and the rest of her beloved family.

I ran into Karen a few weeks ago and we had a great chat and was looking forward to hanging out at the Lower Makefield Pool
this summer. Words can't describe how sad i felt when i got the news Karen had passed away.
I always looked forward to walking with her in the pool , she was such a great, cheerful and funny person , we had some great conversations.
and good laughs . I will miss her greatly.
My condolences go out to Tony and the whole family at this sad time.
My Sincere Sympathy

To the entire Borak and Lutkus Families - I was greatly saddened to hear the news of Karen's passing. She was a wonderful woman, and I liked her very much. I wish I had gotten to know her better. I always looked forward to seeing her at Lower Bucks Genealogists meetings, and missed her when she was not in attendance. You all have my deepest sympathies, and know that she will be greatly missed by our group, as well as personally by myself. Please reach out if I can be of any assistance.
Most Sincerely,
Barbara Jean May

I saw Karen not long ago, I live around the corner. She was out on her “forced walk” and stopped to catch up. Showed her pictures of my 2 grandsons, asked about my boys, told me how she enjoyed speaking to my late husband, spoke of all those who passed in our neighborhood, those ill, and about the ladies whom she loved and lunched with. It was such a lovely 20 minute visit. At the end she said she needed to run, she was late getting home but she loved talking to me and of course it took time away from her “forced walk”. I will miss her sweetness and smile. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family. She will be missed. Fondly, Emily Dorf
