Condolences for
David J. Messina

I'm so very, very sorry to learn of this tragedy. I was very close with David's uncle, Dave Whelan. He died in Texas at the age of 20 on October 2nd 1986. I didn't think my life would ever be the same - it hasn't been. In the almost 30 years since that time, I think of David often and fondly. Although I don't think it will do much to take away the misery that your family is enduring now - love never dies. The world was a better place because David Whelan was in it. I'm sure the world is better even more now that David Messina was in it. elpjdp@ptd.net

Dave, you will always be close to my heart. Your smile was contagious, and you always had a way of making everyone's day brighter. I will always miss you.
