On behalf of the entire Carter family, we are heartbroken over the loss of Tim. We grew up together on Belgreen Road, and we were one big family. Your Aunt Betty was our Aunt Betty. I remember your grandmother getting off the bus to come help, and we greeted her like she was our own. God bless the entire O’Connor family. Tim is gone way too soon. Love Nora Carter Euerle
