There is an old saying " He only takes the Best" well he sure took the finest man we ever had the privilege to know. Lisa, Nicholas and Courtney our hearts ache for you. We ask and pray for peace and comfort during this difficult time. We also pray for God's eternal light for our dear friend Harvey. I know there are some special people waiting to welcome Harvey home. May they fish with the Angels. Love Brian and Kara

I will always remember Harvey as a caring person, a patient teacher and a family man. My kids called him "the chip man" because he would always have snacks for them. He would talk about working for Herr's with pride and you could tell he was committed to them. He always wore a smile and asked how you were. My older daughter remembers him showing her the ropes on updating the score sheet for hockey, again, with patience. He really loved hockey, and didn't condescend to us novices, but instead helped us understand it better. I am deeply saddened by his loss and my heart goes out to my friend Lisa and her family.
