Scott was the referee for many of my daughter Chloe's intramural basketball games over the years. He loved the game and was always wonderful to the kids. My husband (an intramural coach), myself and my daughters are heartbroken over the news and send our deepest sympathies to his family. His caring touched our girls and our family. We will always carry this part of him with us.

I'm very sad to hear of Scott's passing. I remember growing up as neighbors he was THE nicest person around. He was always very kind and smiling, just a lovely soul. My condolences to the family. I will keep you all in my prayers.

Scott was truly an amazing young man who touched the lives of many. He always had a smile on his face and knew everyone's name. He touched the hearts of many children. His love and compassion for kids was remarkable. My boys knew him from the YMCA camp and just loved Scott. It breaks my heart of his passing. Just too young and had his whole life ahead him. He was an inspiration to all who knew him. I'm blessed and thankful to have known Scott. My heartfelt condolences to his family and lives he has touched. God Bless
