Boy, I'm really going to miss this guy! Such a gentle man. I remember when he first start working here how much he talked about his family, especially his father. I was so glad he felt safe to come a visit Bill and I on the 7th floor - even for a few minutes. I'm even happier now that he came to our last few parties and even came out of his comfort zone and tried oxtail stew - and liked it! He really left a mark on my heart and I'll always remember him with a smile not a tear.....

Joe was a valuable member of our Health Federation family. He will be missed.

Joe, you and I worked together at The Health Federation of Philadelphia, you were a delight to work with daily. You were a guy who loved good music, coffee and interacting with the people you felt safe and close to. I am going to miss your smile and bright personality. Heaven has a very Bright Angel now.
