Thursday, January 12th | Comment by: Kevin Cantz

Anthony grew up in the neighborhood connected to mine my whole childhood. He was a friend of my older brothers growing up and I always knew him as a fun-loving, friendly guy. Anthony Always knew how to spark up a conversation and brighten up your day. He truly did have the gift of creativity in many aspects. My condolences go out to his entire family and may he Rest In Peace.

I met Anthony about two years ago through our love of skateboarding, BMX , and music. I am glad to call him my friend, because if I ever needed anything he would help Me through it. I owe my life to him and I am forever in his debt. I will always know him as the father, ridder, musician, and friend he was rest easy and fly high Tony.

Anthony and I met a few years ago at Newtown skatepark when he decided to give more attention to his lifelong love for skateboarding. In that time, I also watched him develop a passion for BMX riding that I don't believe he had before, but it was a beautiful thing to experience second hand. He truly put his heart and soul into the things he cared about, and while I never met any of his family, I know this statement pertains to them as well, especially his young son, Elijah. For a short time I also had the pleasure of seeing Anthony bright and early when I was coming in for my 7 am shift at the grocery store and he was getting ready to go home. Despite how tired he may have been after a long night
shift, he always took the time to stop and talk with me, even for a half an hour or more sometimes as I prepped the produce floor for the day. I think I can speak for everyone at the skatepark when I say you'll be missed, Anthony. Rest easy, brother.
