Mrs. Bullock and family-
We are so sorry to hear of Dr. Bullock's passing. He was a kind and caring doctor who cared for Justin for many years. Justin always enjoyed talking about the Philles with him. We send our very sincere sympathies to your entire family.

To the entire Bullock Family,
Our hearts ache at the loss of Dr. Bullock. He treated our Daughter, Erin, and our son, Ryan for many years. He saw Erin through jaw surgery and making sure braces were off for senior portraits. Ryan looked forward to appointments and loved talking sports with Dr. Bullock. Always smiling, encouraging & caring - we'll miss you Dr. Bullock.

Dear Betsy and Family, We were shocked and so sorry to hear of Rusty's passing. He was such a wonderful person and it was an honor to know him. I will always have great memories of him from our years in dental school. So many crazy things that bring a smile to my face just typing this. He had a way of making us laugh. Our condolences go out to you, Betsy, and your family. Hope that you can find peace in the memories!

Regretably, the news of Rusty's passing came to me at a Mountain View board meeting just this evening. I was stunned and disappointed that I had not had an earlier insight into Rusty's demise. I have not seen Rusty for some years, yet because of the figure he was in life - whether in dealing with my two sons orthodentia issues or smacking a close netted return at Mountain View wally ball, - he has been an enduring personality in my mind. Rusty and Betsy were always the solid ones. And I admired that. Rusty and Betsy, just know that you touched people in your life and it has made an impact. / Robert Talley
