Donna Maria Black

My condolences to the family and friends. I worked with Donna at the old Boulevard District office on Front St. and Hunting Park Ave. (191 W. Hunting Park Ave.) Philadelphia in the late 1970's and early 1980's. She was a kind and gentle person. She will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.
