Tom was a longtime colleague, a witty and knowledgeable bookman, with whom we lost touch
in the last few years. Thanks, Tom, for all the good books and cold beer. Sorry to be so late

Tom was such a great story teller. He had a vivid imagination and a great way with words to explain the stories he experienced in his life. He was sure to draw a smile on your face and leave you with a parting thought for later. I will always remember the first time we met and conversed about the old neighborhood, he acted like he knew me for years. There were few times but I am sure many others will miss them too. My condolences to the family.
