Mark has been my manager, and much more than that, for several years at BMS.
I am still very grateful that he a Lee Ann welcomed me so warmly at their home whenever I came over on a business trip. He teached me many valuable lessons both in my professional and private life. I will remember Mark as a loyal, kind and friendly person.
Sincere condoleances to the family and many friends.

Our sincere and deepest condolences to the Lamon family.
Mark is (and will always will be) one of the most adored and respected leaders at Bristol-Myers Squibb. His smile was infectious and his generosity unequaled. Mark's Informatics parties at his home are still my fondest memories of my time with Mark, his family and my colleagues. The poker table antics still evoke a smile on my face to this day.
Mark will be missed but his impression on our lives will live on forever.
With our deepest sympathy,
Gary, Aneta, Nicole & Valerie

To the Lamon Family,
We are so saddened and shocked to hear of Mark's passing. Mark was a wonderful man and we spent many a summer afternoon/evening in the bleachers cheering our boys on during Northampton baseball games. He was so generous of heart, and supportive in words, to every single boy on the team. He made friends with every parent there as well, because of his genuine interest in your life and activities. We were blessed to have known him.
We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sympathies,
Bob, Theresa, and Michael Currey

I was shocked to hear about Mark. I met Mark when I started at BMS in '96 and our paths crossed paths many times over the years. He was a great colleague and just a really wonderful person. If I ever needed help or had a question, I knew I could count on him. He always had a "roll-up-the-sleeves", pragmatic approach to getting the job done which I appreciated. My fondest memory of Mark will be us visiting India together. It was a first for both of us and Mark helped make it a wonderful experience.
To his family and friends, please accept my heartfelt condolences.
