Uncle Joe, You touched us all.
Your love of family, your enthusiasm for sharing fun times with family was always in the air. Growing up the same age as Steven, We never missed a chance to leave Glenolden and Go to “Uncle Joe and Aunt Pat’s”. It seemed like going to the Pocono’s at that age. You could always hear Aunt Pat calling out loudly Joe ...looking for him ,but instead of doing what she asked he was outside teaching us how to play Bocce in the huge back yard. He would take my brother Larry and I down to the Pond showing us around as we hid from Aunt Pat and with that great smile just saying Shhhh. We laughed so hard. There was potato sack races, wiffle ball with all the cousins. For the nephews we all knew that at night we would have to re pay him back, by being in his 8 mm movies and be blinded for two days because of the huge spot lights! Uncle Joe we love you and I am saddened I couldn't be there to say good bye. Aunt Pat, Tricia, Stephen and Ronny, My deepest sympathies and Thank you sharing him with us.Ray Peraino (Judy’s Son)
