Dear Cook Family,
I only recently heard the news of Scott's passing. I lost touch with him after college, but I have great memories of him from TPS. He always had a way to make us all laugh. I'll remember him fondly. Sending prayers and hugs to you all...

Words can not express how sorry I am for your loss. I worked with Scott both at Buds and at Prompt. I precepted Scott as a paramedic student and worked with him to prepare for his National testing. Scott was a wonderful paramedic and an incredible friend. His smile always made everyone feel so good, even in dark times, he knew how to make people see the brighter side of hard times. I am blessed that he was my friend, and I will NEVER forget him. My prayers are with all of you during these difficult times.
