Me and Scott were partner's for a time while he was with Prompt Ambulance. He was always smiling, dancing, and singing. He changed people's lives through his work, and always brought a smile to everyone's faces. He will be deeply missed, my thoughts and prayers for his family, and his work family.

I am truely sorry for your loss. I worked with Scott many times at Prompt Ambulance and we always had a good time caring our patients, no matter how difficult the call. God bless your family.

My sympathies to the entire Cook Family - After 15 years Scott and i finally reconnected again - we rode horses together for many years when we first met at Hope Acres Farm in Stockton, NJ. Scott always made me laugh - had a great personality and will be truly missed - im so shocked and saddened by this news - my prayers are with all of you.
