With the Apostle Paul, we have always found ourselves praying this about Edith in her association with us and The Anchor from its beginnings: "I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." (Philippians 1:3-6) While we grieve her loss, we rejoice Christ has finished His good work in her as she has entered the fullness of joy in His presence.

Aunt Edith, I have many fond memories of getting gifts from you on every special occasion. You helped me learn how to use the sewing machine, so I could make my 8th grade graduation dress. You accepted me for who I was, while growing up was so awkward. You encouraged me in my trade, and was happy for me when I went to college. You made me feel better with cards and wishes when I was sick or lonely. You laughed at my weird sence of humor and I laughed at your's. I always admired you. I'm sorry you had to be sick. But I very glad you are better now. Praise God! You are better now.
