Bill was a solid man of faith who loved his family well. He showed true compassion and had the balance of graciousness dealing with people. Whether leading PennDoT crews on the roaring turnpike or fixing up a customer's home, he performed personal, quality work. His sense of humor was great from the time he was a kid. Example: One of his favorite lines was "My name is Cliff. Drop over sometime!" And, he would roll to the floor in gales of laughter. Keep smiling and praying for us as we will for you, Bill.
