I just learned today of Joe's passing. I sure will miss "Trapper" my smashed unit buddy. I thought he was one of the nices people I knew. They were all my brothers.
They all called me "Short Round". we were away in Boston that year so we did not know. To Joe's family my deepest sympathy.

I had worked with Joe at DISC while he was a technician and I was an inventory mgmt specialist. I was amazed at the beautiful wildlife portraits he did on shelf fungus. I had gone to many craft shows and had never seen such work and his was beautiful. I was sorry to hear of his passing. We have lost a lot of employees before retirement or soon after retirement.

We offer our sincere condolences for your loss. We hope that heaven is not as crazy as living next to the Andrades.Maryellen and Joseph and Jeffrey were the first ones to welcome us to the neighborhood sitting on top of your pop up camper and it was an honor to have such a decorated veteran at the helm and to keep watch over our little block. God bless you all.

To the Minnichbach Family, you have my deepest sympathy. I worked with Joe at DSCP and he was a joy to work with. I missed him so much after he retired. He made the best coffee and would drink it all day. May God comfort you all at this trying time.

Maryanne, Jeffrey, Joseph, Maryellen, and Ted,
I was devastated when I learned Joe had passed away. I met him in Reserves over 35 years ago, and he was a good friend.
He would always help you, do anything for you, and kept you on your toes.
Please know that you and he are in my prayers.
