To the Jastrzebski family,
I had the pleasure of knowing and working with "Bill" for 18 years. He was an engineer's engineer, a teacher and a great friend. It was my honor to know him. Horas Mann once said, "By ashamed to die until you have done something for mankind." Mankind was well served by "Bill".

Dear Roman and Family,

My deepest sympathy to you and your entire family during this very difficulty time. Even though I have not seen Bill for many years I will always remember his soft laugh / chuckle after most discussions. I know he will be missed but your memories of him will live in your hearts forever.
