Brian was a first class gentleman in every way and treated others with respect and kindness. He will be missed. Had the pleasure of working together with him in the lighting industry and will always remember his interest in the Hebrew language. So, we say to his family and friends, Alav Hashalom -- May he rest in peace.

Eileen, I was shocked to hear the news of the loss of Brian. I am so sorry for you and your family. Brian was such a wonderful person; kind, gracious, brilliant, charming. He was a pleasure to work with throughout our mutual Cooper days, but far more than that Brian was a friend and devoted family man who was admired by those who were lucky enough to have met him.
I found out too late to be there with you today, but your loss is shared by many; especially me.

Dear Eileen and Family
We were so saddened by the news of Brian. We heard he was 'sick' but didn't realize the truth of it, which we will always regret. Some of our best days were with the Michigan State Soccer Families. We looked so forward to meeting up with all the out-of-state families to cheer our sons on and most importantly hanging with Brian and Eileen. Without you Brian and Eileen, it was never the same.....there were so many great soccer games to cheer, fun golf games, pub crawls, and tailgate parties that are so memorable to us because of you! It is so hard to believe he is gone..... The love and pride Brian showed for you, his family, will always remain in our hearts as a reminder of the person he is and we strive to be. He was a fun, loving, generous, proud, good man that we will miss. Our prayers will be for you...and that the love he has for you will bring you peace.

This world is a better place because you were in it Brian. Cooper Lighting was also a better place when you were here and we still miss you! My deepest sympathies to the entire Wittig family! May you find some comfort in the days to come knowing that Brian was loved and respected by so many!
