Bob and I lived across the street from each other growing up. We both graduated from Upper Moreland HS and from Bloomsburg State College in 1959. We then had long careers together as teachers at Upper Dublin HS. I really enjoyed our friendship and our teaching careers because he was always passionate about his work and his students, and we shared that trait. I spent a lot of time with Bob debating politics and education and sports, but especially in the 90s when he was eager to learn how to use the computer and I was the tech coordinator and his personal mentor. My wife Kathi and I really appreciated the opportunity to be with him, Marion, and Erin in his last days at Abramson Center. Sharing some laughs from the past brightened his spirits as he fought off the pain he was living through. Be with the Lord old friend.

To My Big Daddy,
I am forever grateful for being able to share in your family circle from my single days to being a wife and mom with a husband and two girls who adore you as much as I do. I will never forget our time together "down South" where my name, and yours, officially changed! I will always remember your intelligence, wit and that incredible twinkle in your eye! The world was a better place because you were in it, now heaven holds that honor. I pray that God uses you to watch over your loving family. You will be missed Big Daddy. I love you, Scarlet

I remember Mr. Corrigan well. He was one of my favorite teachers and to this day I love history because of his class and what he taught us. I graduated in 1965 and I remember that my mother was in a play with him once and I was so proud that she was acting with Mr. Corrigan! May the family feel peace at this time of lose and know that he touched many young lives.

It is wonderful to read all these testimonials to my brother Bob. Bob also made my life richer by taking his baby brother on historical trips to Williamsburg; Washington, DC; and Gettysburg. His knowlege of all things historical made these adventures come to life. I know that he loved teaching and the interaction with his students. Bob was a terrific brother and person, and he will be remembered and missed.
