Condolences for
Jessica A. Gorman (Angell)

I met Jerry at the University of Rochester. We all knew that she was a top student and would make many contributions in her chosen field.

As the years passed, she used her knowledge well but was always the fun-filled person we had met in l953.

Jerry will be missed by Robin, her family, her friends, her colleagues and her 1957 classmates.

I kept in touch with her and received an optimistic e-mail about two weeks ago. i will miss her.

Jerry and I met as freshmen at the University of Rochester in 1953 and remained close friends throughout the years. Her death is a tragedy for her husband, Robin, and all her family and friends. I will always remember her as the roommate who insisted on opening the windows at night in the middle of January in upstate NY--to this day, I can't sleep without having a window open in winter, regardless of the outside temperature. Jerry and I shared many happy times, and I feel lucky that some of those times, with her and Robin, were very recent. I will miss her very much and I send my sincere condolences to all who loved her.
