David, although no words can really help to ease your loss, please know that you are very close in my thoughts and prayers. My sincerest sympathy to you and her family.

our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. Although we only got to spend a short amount of time with Kim, she stuck in our minds as a very special person. We were cheering for her throughout her fight and will keep supporting the effort to defeat that awful disease.

Heaven is a richer place with a beautiful new angel.
