I had the great pleasure of working with Kim on numerous projects over the past 18 years. I looked forward to her calls and I did some of my best work with her which I attribute to her skills as a creative and talented art director. The work was fun for me. Although I never met her in person, which I regret, we had a friendship which went beyond the project at hand. I will miss her wonderfully sweet voice. My heart goes out to her family and husband David. I will remember her always. Rest in peace, Kim.

I never got to actually meet Kim, but got to know her through social media. We would often write each other and talked on the phone, and i can tell you that even through these means, she was a true friend to me. We were born two days apart and she always made it a point to not forget to wish me a Happy Birthday! I will miss her kindness and will always appreciate her reaching out to me.

I had the privilege of Kim's friendship during the time she was with Pat, her first husband, and I count that time as some of the best years of my life because she was a part of it. The four of us (my husband Jim, Pat, Kim and myself) spent so much time together that they were a part of our family and they all grew to love her just as much as we did. Sadly though, we became a part of Kim's past that she moved on from so we have felt the deep loss for many years already. We did not know that she was sick but I can only imagine what her family, current friends and, especially her kind and loving husband David have gone through this past year and my heart just breaks for you all now at the loss you are feeling. My fond memories of the good times we shared are endless as is her bright and beautiful spirit and I hope that you all find the same comfort in that as I do.

My deepest sympathy goes out to David and all of Kim's family and friends. I am blessed to have had Kim as a friend and co-worker. She will never be forgotten and the day will come when the tears dry and are replaced by a smile. Kim would want that. Her own smile made this world a whole lot brighter.

Praying for comfort for y'all and am grateful to have spent time with Kim and David in Houston. We cherish that time and will always be grateful. Her spirit lives on in all who love her. God received a true gem and I am thankful for Kim's example of living life to the fullest. Our love to you.
