Sandy will be sorely missed! She was an active member of our community and touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with. Her generosity and loving heart will live on in the lives of all that have had the priviledge to know her. We have been forever changed because of her guidance and compassion. We will continue to live up to the good work she knew everyone was capable of. Deepest sympathy to the Keegan family.

If I had to name someone who I knew and admired most, Sandy would be at the top of that list. As an assistant troop leader with her, I saw how she generously gave of her time and talents. She was a remarkable woman who encouraged girls to become well-rounded young people. It was truly a blessing to know her.
