Dear Karen, Dear Peter,

Kurt Niederer had informed me about the passing of your parents. I like to concratulate you deeply. I was very touched to hear, that your Mother had survived your Fathers death only by a few more days.

Even if I had not been in contact with your parents the last 30 year, I sent toughts time and again. I still remember the year in the US, when your parents had been so kind to welcome me at their home.

May the strenght of our God carry you throught this time.

Hi Karen and Peter,

Thank you very much for letting us know about the passing of your parents. Rebekka has prayed DAILY for God’s blessing for you all and I started to do the same since I talked to your parents after Christmas.

After some difficulties, I was able to reach Doris Burn-Harder, a cousin of your mother. I never could reach her brother Daniel but Doris will contact him. I also called Rosmarie Welti-Brombacher. These are all grandchildren of your grandmother’s sisters (Lüscher).

God may give you His Peace during these trying times.
