Charles J. “Chuck” Curran of Holland died suddenly on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ.

He was the beloved husband of 44 years to Nadire Quali Curran.

Born in Philadelphia, Chuck was the son of the late John F. and Maryann Kelly Curran and brother of the late Mark Curran.

Chuck and his wife have resided in Holland and were parishioners of St. Bede the Venerable church for 29 years. He was a carpenter by trade and a member of the Carpenters Union Local 1856 for over 30 years. Since his retirement, Chuck started working at the Philadelphia Protestant Home where he has enjoyed being a bus driver for the residents.

In his leisure he enjoyed playing golf, swimming, visiting friends in Florida and Arizona but most importantly he loved creating memories with his children and grandchildren that will be cherished for ever. Chuck will be greatly missed by everyone who has come to know and love him.

In addition to his beloved wife Chuck is survived by his loving children and their spouses; Jennifer Kenderdine and DJ of Ottsville and John C. Curran and Becky of Ottsville and his loving and adoring grandchildren; MacKenzie, Olivia, J.R. ‘Buddy”, and Bodie. He is also survived by his 4 sisters; Marianne Curran, Nancy Stasny (Dave), Kathleen Nucero (Jerry), Kristine Keown (Gabe), his sister-in-law Susan Curran Breslin, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewings on Sunday evening, September 14th from 6:00-8:00PM and on Monday, September 15th from 9:30-10:30am in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and to his Funeral Mass 11:00am at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 1071 Holland Rd., Holland, PA 18966.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
