Michael Iannacone of Holland, PA died on Monday, July 30, 2012 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. He was 87.

He was the beloved husband of the late Angelina Gambino Iannacone.

Born in Hoboken, NJ, he was the son of the late Antonio and Carmela Solitario Iannacone and brother of the late Carmine Iannacone.

Mr. Iannacone was a resident of Twining Manor in Holland for the past 6 years. He formerly lived in Barnegat, NJ and was also a resident of Washington Township, NJ for 35 years. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy having served during World War II. Mr. Iannacone was an avid fan of both the New York Giants and the New York Yankees. He took pleasure from making his homemade wine and looked forward to vacationing at Wildwood Crest, NJ with his family. Being family oriented, he always enjoyed the special times spent with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his two sons, Michael R. Iannacone and his wife, Joanne, of Newtown, PA, George Iannacone and his wife, Mary, of Solon, OH, his brother, Anthony Iannacone and four sisters, Jay DiCristo, Lee DeMauro, Rosemarie DeCandia, and Louise Dramis and his sisters-in-law Josephine Timbo and Marilyn Gambino. He is also survived by his four grandchildren; Nicole Vokolos, Michael Iannacone, Marissa Iannacone, Christine Iannacone, and five great grandchildren; Antonio, William, Angelina, Michael John, and Alexa, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, August 3, 2012, from 10:00 AM until his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM at the Olde Church of Saint Andrew, 135 S. Sycamore Street, Newtown, PA 18940.

Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to American Parkinson Disease Association, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21201.
