Robert Paul Steiger of Bridgeport, PA, died on September 26, 2012. He was 55.

Born in Philadelphia he was the beloved son of William and Carol Pickering Steiger of Churchville, PA, loving father of Jennifer Jennings of Philadelphia and Allison Steiger Conshohocken, dear brother and brother in law of Richard and Julie Steiger of Cherry Hill, NJ and adoring grandfather of Taryn and Christopher Jennings. He is also survived by his devoted friend Carol Ann Withrow of King of Prussia. He was preceded in death by his twin brother William.

An avid Philadelphia sports fan, he enjoyed playing softball with his co-workers from the southeastern bulk mail facility of the US Postal Service, where he worked for more than 30 years.

His family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 9:00 am until his Funeral Mass 10:30 am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
