Lawrence W. Clark, of Warrington and formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 68.

He was the beloved husband of 46 years to Barbara A. (nee Cohen) Clark.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Thomas and Dorothy Snyder Clark and the brother of the late Robert Clark.

Lawrence was born and raised in Philadelphia, and graduated in 1962 from Cardinal Dougherty High School. He then enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he was honorably discharged after his service. Lawrence began working for the former Budd Company (now ThyssenKrupp Budd Company) as a metal straightener for many years, and then for the Aria-Frankford Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia, retiring after 14 years in the housekeeping department. He most recently worked part time briefly at Wegman’s in Warrington before his illness.

Lawrence was an avid jogger. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his beloved family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Lawrence is survived by his children: Marc R. Clark and his wife Lisa of Warminster, Melissa J. Kowalski, and her husband Ted of Ivyland and Michael L. Clark, and his wife Sandy of Trevose; his brothers: Thomas and Gerald Clark; and 10 grandchildren: Owen Z. Clark, Julia R. Clark, Devyn O. Clark, Gavyn D. Kowalski, Ayla G. Kowalski, Mianna T. Kowalski, Ardyn R. Kowalski, Kirstin L. Wilson, Bryson M. Wilson, and Ethan J. Clark.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, October 8, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until his Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro.

Interment will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
