Joseph Francis Caulfield of Southampton died Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Southampton Estates. He was 92.

Joseph was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn F. Caulfield.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Francis and Emma Speer Caulfield.

Joseph was a former resident of Holland and Newtown before moving to Southampton Estates in 2000. He served in the Coast Guard from 1942 until 1945 and furthered his education by attending and graduating from Temple University under the GI Bill. Joseph worked at Rohm and Haas Company and started in their mail room in 1939 and retired in 1982 as the Director of Personnel in Springhouse, PA. In his leisure, he enjoyed gardening, traveling and quality time spent with his grand children. Joseph will be deeply missed by his family and by all who came to know him.

Joseph is survived by his children, Joseph F. Caulfield, Jr. and his wife Beth of Newtown, Nancy C. Riva and her husband Doug of Doylestown and David Caulfield and his wife Kathy of Middletown, DE. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewings; Friday September 26th from 7:00-9:00pm in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd. (at Holland Rd.) Richboro, PA 18954 and on Saturday, September 27th from 9:00-9:45am in the Church of St. Andrew, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940 followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00am.

Interment will be held in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne.
