Frank R. Kulscar of Doylestown died peacefully on Wednesday November 28, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was 61.

Frank was the beloved husband of 23 years to Carleen R. Midgett Kulscar.

Born in Quakertown, he was the son of Frank and Kathryn Kovacevic Kulscar of Passer, PA.

Frank was a resident of Doylestown for the past 30 years. He was a graduate of Palisade High School, class of 1968 and Penn State University. Frank was a registered Architect, specializing in Health Care facilities, for the past 40 years. Frank gave his time and talents to many organizations especially the American Heart Association; he was a certified CPR trainer for the AMA and organized the first annual “Heart Pedals” fund raiser for the association, that was held in Bucks County. In 1997, Frank was the recipient of the Design Award from the Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to Frank’s beloved wife and parents he is survived by a step daughter and step son, Audra Leigh Gabriel of Chalfont, and Ryan Paul Garton of Townsend, DE and his sister Kathy Conroy of Bethlehem.

Frank’s family will receive condolences on Saturday December 1, 2012 from 1:00pm until Words of Remembrance at 2:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (Rt. 202 & Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA. His interment will be held privately.
