Lorraine C. Brennan of Doylestown, PA died gracefully on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at Doylestown Hospital. She was 88.

She was the beloved wife of the late James F. Brennan.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine Walsh Christie and sister of the late Buddy Christie.

Lorraine spent most of her life in Brooklyn and several years in the Hudson Valley before moving to New Hope, PA in 2004. She was a resident of Doylestown for the past year.
She always enjoyed music and loved to dance. She cherished the special times spent with her children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her three children, Kathy McEntee and her husband, Matt, of Newtown, PA, Linda Bertone and her husband, Sam, of The Villages, FL, and her son, Steve Brennan and his wife, Marivel, of Estero, FL. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Matthew and James McEntee, Laura Lange, Scott Bertone, Christopher and Stephen Brennan and her great granddaughter, Maddison Lange.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewings on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and Sunday, December 2, 2012, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Road), Richboro, PA 18954 and to her Funeral Mass on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Martin of Tours Church, West Bridge Street at Riverstone Circle, New Hope, PA 18938. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
