Blanche (Gryniewicz) Pupkiewicz of Churchville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at Twining Village Health Care. She was 89.

Blanche was, for 65 years, the beloved wife of Paul J. Pupkiewicz who preceded her in death.

Born in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, she was the only child of the late Vincent and Anna Zukes Gryniewicz and mother of the late Philip P. Pupkiewicz.

Formerly of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, Blanche moved to Churchville in 1961. She was a proud graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic High School for Girls, Class of 1942. She worked for the Army Signal Corps during World War II. She retired as a Fiscal Technician from the Commonwealth of PA after 15 years and then worked part time at the Bucks County Community College for 6 years. Blanche was a member of the Alumnae Association of Hallahan High School and for many years enjoyed the activities and trips of the Council Rock and Warminster Senior Centers.

Blanche is survived by her daughters, Paula M. Parker of Holland, Diane Cuirle of Glenside, and Marie Anderson (Tom) of Coloma, MI and her daughter-in-law, Linda Pupkiewicz of Trevose. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren; Diana Lesh (Rich), Denise Parker, Kevin Parker, Ron Cuirle (Emily), Brian Pupkiewicz (Kelly), Amy Bachman, Lisa Giorno (Mike), Laura Wagner (Lance), Dave Anderson (Diane), and Ben Anderson. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, February 7, 2013, from 9:30 AM until her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 654 Hatboro Road, Richboro, PA 18954.

Interment will be in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne.
