William R. Grayson of Holland, Pa died suddenly on Sunday, March 17, 2013, at St. Mary Medical Center Langhorne, PA. He was 69.

He was the beloved husband of Margaret A. Grayson (nee Desiderio).

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late William M. and Emmaline Grayson( nee Holmes).

William had a 40 year career in Sales and Advertising. He was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Sports teams and Horse racing (“Flash”). William had a passion for reading, music and movies. He will be sorely missed by everyone who has come to know and love him.

In addition to his beloved wife, William is survived by his children; William R., Robert P., Octavius J. (Sharon), Danielle Diamond, Robin-Leigh Conden, Scott, Natalie, and Brian (Stephanie). He is also survived by his brother Charles “Reds” Grayson (Laura), 13 Grandchildren and 1 Great grandchild.

William’s family will receive friends on Thursday Evening, March 21, 2013, from 6:00PM until his Funeral Service at 7:30PM at the Joseph A.
Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Road), Richboro, PA 18954. Interment will be private.
