Dorothy C. Robson of Trevose, PA died peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2013, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was 87.

She was the beloved wife of the late William Milton Robson.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Houlihan Perril, mother of the late Jeffry M. Robson, and sister of the late Mary Burress.

Mrs. Robson was a resident of Trevose since 1992 and formerly lived in the Logan section of Philadelphia. Early in life, she was a clerical worker for Burpee Seed Company in Philadelphia. Dorothy was a very caring and giving woman who lovingly provided home health care for the elderly. She cherished the special times spent with her grandchildren while helping to raise them. In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening. Being family oriented, she will be sadly missed as a devoted mother, nanny, and great grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Ann Murphy and her husband, James, of Trevose, her three granddaughters, Melissa Witner and her husband, Nate, Susan James and her husband, Luke, and Mary Kate Murphy. Also surviving are her two great grandchildren, Noah and Abigail Witner.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday, March 25, 2013, from 9:30 AM until her Funeral Mass 10:30 AM at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Road, Feasterville, PA 19053.

Interment will take place at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Prospectville.
