Virginia Demusz, of Point Pleasant, PA died on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at her home. She was 88.

She was the beloved wife of the late Steven Demusz.

Born in Buckingham, she was the daughter of the late Willis and Martha Permar Barnes.

Virginia grew up in Bucks County and attended Doylestown High School. She retired from Doylestown Hospital where she worked as a Unit Clerk for over 20 years. She had an active life playing golf with the Fair Ladies in Warrington, traveling with friends and Elderhostel, and sang in a local choir called County Choraliers. She was a member of The Carrell Family Association and enjoyed attending their annual meeting and picnic.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Elwood and Frank and her sister Ruth.

She is survived by her four sons Stephen Demusz and his wife Barbara of Little River, SC, Hank Demusz and his wife Linda of New Britain, PA, Ronald Demusz and his wife Debra of Hazle Township, PA, and Evan Demusz of Port St. Lucie, FL. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Virginia’s family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday May 18, from 10:00am until her Memorial Service 11:00 am at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901.
