Marjorie A. Rugg Allen of New Hope, PA died peacefully on Sunday, March 31, 2013 surrounded by her family at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA. She was 76.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Bruce Allen.

Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Arthur B. and Theo M. Hamilton Rugg.

Marjorie was a resident of Buckingham Springs for the past 8 years. For 15 years she was a nursing assistant at St. Mary Medical Center before her retirement in 2006. By the age of 14 she was a professional dancer and later taught dance lessons in Newark, NJ. Marjorie was a member of the Red Hats Association.

She is survived by her three loving children; Lori S. Guest and her husband, Thomas, of Doylestown, PA, Robert B. Allen, Jr. of Hamilton, NJ and Jodi L. Caton of Mandeville, LA. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Jonathon David Hefty, Kimberly Ann Bullock , Ashley Noelle Bullock and Kristin-Chloe Bullock, her great grandson, Drew Hayden Hefty and two expected great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing tomorrow evening, Wednesday, April 3, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 800 Newtown-Richboro Road (at Holland Road) Richboro, PA 18954.

Services and interment will be held privately at Newtown Cemetery.
