Stephen S. Keesler, of Port St. Lucie Fl. died on Friday April 5, 2013 at Port St. Lucie Medical Center, after a brief battle with ALS. He was 63.

Born in Prospect Park, PA., he was the beloved husband of Jennifer L. Tuerk Keesler. Son of the late Frederick and Mary Adams Keesler and beloved husband of the late Eleanor Williston Keesler and father of the late Megan Keesler.

Stephen was a resident of Southampton for the past 35 years, before moving to Port St. Lucie Florida. Stephen was a graduate of the Pennington School and Marietta College with his degree in Political Science. Stephen followed in his father and grandfather’s footsteps and has been a senior executive with the C.C. and F. F. Keesler. in Prospect Park, PA., for many years until his retirement in 2011. Stephen was very active in all sports and in 2008 he was elected to the Football Hall of Fame at the Pennington School in Pennington, NJ, for his outstanding contribution to the game and his school. Stephen also played Ice Hockey and softball. In his leisure time Stephen looked forward to going to his home in Ocean City, NJ, and spending quiet time fishing.

In addition to his beloved wife Jennifer, he is survived by his sons; James J. Keesler and his wife Amy and Stephen S. Keesler, Jr. and his wife Margaret, also surviving is his step daughter Chelsey Rosengrant, his brother and sister; Rick Keesler and his wife Bernadette, Patty Keesler and Bill Murphy and his 4 dear grandchildren; Jarrett, Connor, Ellie and Alicia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday April 11, 2013 from 1:00pm until his Funeral Service 2:00 pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home 800 Newtown-Richboro Rd.(at Holland Rd.) Richboro.

Interment Keller’s Church Cemetery, Bedminster PA.

In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the A L S Association 321 N. Norristown Rd. Suite 260 Ambler PA 19002.
