Monica R. Parker, of Stockton, NJ died on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Hunterdon County Medical Center. She was 60.

She was the beloved wife of 28 years to Mark S. Parker.

Born in La Grange, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaret Koschnitzky Roth.

Monica has been a resident of Stockton for the past 23 years. She had grown up in Mt. Laurel, and was a graduate of Holy Cross High School.

Monica was a devoted and loving wife to her husband and good friend to many. She was a creative and gifted gardener who every year transformed her backyard into a serene hideaway. The hard work was always appreciated and admired by her family, friends and especially her dog Puzzle. Her strong spirit and loving ways will always be remembered and admired.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her sister Marie Roth of Eugene, OR and her brother Bob Roth of Denver, CO.

Monica’s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, April 21, 2013 from 3:00 pm until a time of sharing 4:00pm at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 E. Butler Ave. (at Sandy Ridge Rd.), New Britain, PA 18901. Her interment will be held privately with Family.
