He was the beloved husband of the late Nancy Ann D’Amico Devlin.

Paul was a proud Marine Corps veteran. He was a parishioner, Eucharistic Minister, and member of the choir at Our Lady of Grace Church in Penndel, and was active in charity and in his community. An avid theater fan, Paul acted in plays and produced the Christmas show at NADC. Paul began his career as an educator, and taught at Father Judge High School and, later at Bucks County Community College.
